The staff was super friendly. Everything in my room worked fine, I mean, the shower was really powerful! The hotel is close to the town centre, so walking was easy, and the stadium is near. I rate this hotel very positively.
The noise was a bit much. I think it was the plumbing system, but it was very hard to sleep, very!

Check-in was quick. the staff were very cute! The room was quite spacious and exceeded my expectations. I found the staff accommodating, particularly after my long journey. Their assistance was TOP.
The shower pressure was a LITTLE weak. i wasn't thrilled.

the staff was pleasant. the location is good, i wanted visit nufc and it was near. the price was cheap compared to other hotels close to the club. linen was super clean.
the room was very cold when i got there. i spoke to reception, but they seemed rude about it. the bed felt poor .
